About Guy Gladstone
I bring to coaching 32 years experience of working with both individuals and groups for their personal development and the realisation of their potential. I work at and have been a partner within The Open Centre since 1984, a venue/venture unique in London by virtue of its 35 year association with Humanistic Psychology and the Human Potential Movement (out of which coaching first developed in the USA).
I have a Diploma (Merit) in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy, and am an Associate Member of The Association for Coaching . I have been accredited as a psychotherapist since 1988 by the UK Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners for work with both individuals and groups. I am subject to both the AC and UKAHPP Codes of Ethics. I am in ongoing intervision (peer supervision) within a full member group of the Independent Practitioners' Network. I refresh and underpin my coaching work by receiving regular personal coaching myself.
I have trained to facilitate The Work that Reconnects and Carbon Conversations and am a member of The Climate Psychology Alliance and of Psychotherapists and Counsellors for Social Responsibility.
